ZR FILMS Group Intelligent Manufacturing Center is situated in the Zirui New Materials manufacturing park as the core mass production and technology transformation base for functional films. Covering an 8,000㎡ 5S standardized production workshop, the facility is equipped with 2 dual-mode precision coating lines and 6 high-performance slitting lines, supporting integrated coating and slitting with a maximum width of 1.83 meters, and delivers a stable annual output of 18 million square meters of high-performance functional films. Adhering to IATF16949, ISO and ASTM international standards, the center adopts a full closed-loop quality control system to guarantee reliable core product performance. It supports both standardized mass production and flexible OEM/ODM customization.
