Product Qualification
Manufactured at the professional production base of Shaoxing Zirui New Material Technology Co., Ltd., Titanium-Nitride Natural-View Series adopts ZR zirconium-base stabilization and TiN ceramic composite coating technology. TiN functional layer, UV-resistant pressure-sensitive adhesive, high-definition scratch-resistant hard-coat and release liner are laminated sequentially to form the TiN high-definition natural-view film.
Full-process production control delivers yield over 95%. Coating conditions and optical metrics are monitored inline. Finished-goods undergo comprehensive sampling tests to verify weatherability and optical performance, ensuring consistent delivery quality.
