Product Qualification
UV Blocking Film is fully manufactured in-house by ZR Zirui New Material Factory, with full-process quality control for hot-melt production.
·Upgraded Process: Manufactured by hot-melt technology. Unlike conventional PSA adhesive doped with UV400 additives, UV400 components are cast and fused inside the base film. It extends UV400 service life and greatly improves color weather resistance without hazing or discoloration.
·Standard Compliance: Metal-free material. Tested to meet industry standards and regulatory requirements. It will not block vehicle electronic signals to ensure driving safety.
·Batch Traceability: At ZR Zirui New Material factory, sample retention test is conducted for every batch with COA report issued. Core tube code enables accurate product traceability.

Q1: What makes the UV400 Skin-Care Film different from ordinary skin-care window films?
A1: Our UV Blocking Film series adopts hot-melt casting process. The UV400 raw ingredients are embedded inside the base film, rather than simply added into the PSA adhesive layer. It delivers a much longer UV-protection lifecycle without performance degradation, with greatly improved heat-insulation performance.
Q2: This product comes with 2.5mil thickness. Will it interfere with vehicle-mounted electronic signals?
